Being one of our business values the preservation of the Peruvian sea and the local communities associated with it, our commitment is reflected in the following activities:
Training and empowerment of the labor capacities of local artisanal fishing communities in Playa Blanca, Bayóvar.
We use a source of wind energy for our operations at the Vichayo Aquaculture Production Center (CPAV) which is renewable, clean and generates a reduction in CO2 emissions of 4380 Kg per year.
We have implemented a periodic beach cleaning program and we actively participate in cleaning the seabed in coordination with local authorities.
We contribute to the protection of coastal feeding areas of the green turtle species (Chelonia mydas) through training to local communities and protection of marine spaces.
