Processing and freezing
Once inside the processing facility, scallops are chucked and cleaned under the highest quality standards controlled by our Quality Assurement Staff. Our FDA Registration number is: 18829269194.

The product is sanitized and taken to the continuous IQF freezer where it will reach minus (-) 22⁰ F (- 30⁰ C) in less than 30 minutes. After, the product is added a protective glazing (fully compensated) and manually packed into ISO approved and innocuous packaging materials.
